Description

We are an advanced meat processing company based in Rotterdam, committed to delivering premium quality meat products. We seek a certified meat quality inspector to join our quality control department and ensure all products meet industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include inspecting carcasses, monitoring hygiene standards, verifying compliance with Dutch and EU regulations, and documenting inspection results. In addition, you will identify and report any deviations or potential hazards.

The role requires working onsite in variable temperatures and collaborating closely with production teams. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are key in this role.

We offer a competitive salary between €22.00 and €28.00 per hour depending on certification and experience, with statutory benefits and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Relevant certification in meat inspection or quality assurance
• 2+ years experience in meat quality control
• In-depth knowledge of HACCP and Dutch/EU food safety laws
• Strong English language skills
• EU work authorization
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and reporting skills
