Description

Our specialty food retail store known for gourmet and organic products in Rotterdam seeks an experienced sales supervisor to lead the sales floor team. We focus on quality products and excellent customer service.

The role includes overseeing daily store operations, mentoring staff, driving sales, managing stock levels, resolving customer issues, and implementing merchandising plans. You will work closely with management to improve store performance.

Working hours are full-time with weekend rotations. The store offers a clean, well-maintained environment and ensures compliance with Dutch labor rules.

Requirements

• 3+ years retail sales and supervisory experience
