Description

Our Rotterdam hospital kitchen team prepares nutritious meals for patients and staff every day. We seek experienced kitchen assistants who understand dietary needs related to healthcare settings. Daily tasks include food preparation, portioning meals according to dietary plans, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and assisting chefs as needed. Working in a fast-paced environment, adherence to hygiene and safety regulations is critical. Employees enjoy a clean, well-equipped kitchen workspace and receive full training on hospital food safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year kitchen or catering experience
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions and meal plans
• Good communication skills in English
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
• Basic computer skills for inventory use are a plus
• Valid EU work permit
