A prestigious Rotterdam consulting firm is currently in need of an Experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support during their summer peak. The company values discretion, efficiency, and strong organizational skills.
The role involves calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence handling, travel arrangements, and liaising with clients. Precision and proactive communication are essential to support senior executives effectively.
Work is conducted onsite Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, within a formal office setting. The role requires experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements
• Excellent command of English, Dutch a plus
