A leading vegetable producer near Rotterdam is recruiting an experienced assistant to support greenhouse operations focused on tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers.
Your daily duties will include assisting with sowing, transplanting seedlings, monitoring growth conditions, adjusting irrigation systems, and assisting with quality inspections. You will collaborate with the production team to implement best horticultural practices and contribute to yield optimization.
Working conditions involve daily work inside large greenhouses with controlled climate, manual handling of plants and moderate physical activity. Shift work may be required during peak seasons.

Requirements
• Basic knowledge of irrigation and fertilization systems
• Ability to work standing and bending for extended periods
