We manage cleaning contracts for commercial buildings in Rotterdam and seek experienced cleaners to lead operations ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, conducting quality checks, cleaning hard floors, glass surfaces, restrooms, and common areas, and coordinating shifts and supplies. You will ensure cleaning standards meet client expectations.
The role requires leadership skills, physical work, use of cleaning machinery, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. You will report to management and assist with staff training.
