Description

Our greenhouse vegetable operation requires an experienced assistant to support crop monitoring and quality control processes.

Responsibilities include daily inspection of crop health, detecting diseases or pests early, assisting in sample collection for lab analysis, and reporting findings to agronomists.

Work takes place inside climate-controlled greenhouses with some physical tasks such as walking long distances and lifting produce boxes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in greenhouse crop monitoring
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Basic English proficiency
