Our client, a well-established import-export company in Rotterdam, seeks a Seasonal Office Coordinator to provide administrative support during their busy season. The organization values efficiency, accuracy, and strong internal communication to drive operational success.
You will be responsible for coordinating daily office activities including managing correspondence, supporting invoicing processes, preparing shipping documents, liaising with customs brokers, and updating internal tracking databases. Additionally, you will assist the logistics and finance teams to streamline workflow.
The role is onsite in a modern office environment, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. Collaboration across multiple departments is essential, and training on company-specific systems will be provided.

Requirements
• Proficient in English, basic Dutch skills a plus
• Knowledge of import-export documentation is beneficial
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Available full-time for at least 4 months
• Legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands
