Description

Our Rotterdam-based precision metal components factory is recruiting a senior CNC operator with extensive experience in metal machining and programming. The role involves overseeing complex CNC machining processes to produce high-quality parts for industrial clients.

Responsibilities include programming multi-axis CNC machines, setting up tooling, supervising operation, conducting precision measurements, troubleshooting machine errors, and training junior operators. You will be integral to maintaining production efficiency and quality assurance standards.

The factory environment is temperature-controlled and follows strict health and safety protocols. This is a full-time position based in Rotterdam with day shift hours and occasional overtime.

We offer a competitive salary up to €32.00 per hour depending on qualifications, paid overtime, comprehensive training opportunities, and a technologically advanced workplace.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC operation experience, preferably in metalworking
• Strong skills in CNC programming and setup
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to mentor less-experienced operators
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to work full-time onsite
