Description

This agricultural farm near Rotterdam is looking for seasonal workers to support field crop maintenance and harvesting activities during the growing season.

Tasks include planting seeds, weeding, applying fertilizers (following safe instructions), harvesting crops, sorting and packing produce, and cleaning work areas. You will work under supervision and follow health and safety guidelines strictly.

Work is physically demanding and outdoors, requiring stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Hours typically run 40 hours per week with possible overtime during harvest.

We offer hourly wages at or above minimum Dutch wage, Dutch employment contract, and a supportive team environment for motivated workers.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
• Experience with farm work is a plus but not required
• EU work authorization
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
