Our Rotterdam-based horticultural company is searching for a Senior Agricultural Supervisor to oversee daily operations in vegetable greenhouses producing tomatoes and cucumbers.
The role includes supervising planting, irrigation management, pest control measures, quality inspections, and coordinating teams of assistants. You will implement crop schedules, maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and liaise with management on production targets.
This position demands technical knowledge and leadership skills, with work both indoors and outdoors in greenhouse settings. The supervisor will work standard Dutch hours with occasional weekend support.
