An established manufacturing company in Rotterdam is hiring Temporary HR Administrative Support to assist with increased HR administration during the summer period. The company is committed to employee well-being and compliance with Dutch labor regulations.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment documentation, scheduling interviews, processing HR inquiries, and assisting with payroll data preparation. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential in this role.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, and the position is fully onsite. Training on internal HR systems will be provided.
We provide a competitive hourly wage, paid leave consistent with Dutch labor laws, a friendly work environment, and the opportunity to gain experience in a busy HR department.
Requirements
• Fluent English communication skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Proficient with MS Office; HRIS knowledge is a plus
• Available for full-time seasonal work (minimum 3 months)
• EU citizenship or valid Dutch work permit
