This role is with an international service provider based in the heart of Rotterdam. We are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to handle front-desk duties during a seasonal increase in visitor and client volume. The company prides itself on professionalism and delivering excellent first impressions to all visitors.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing telephone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office security protocols, and supporting basic administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients and vendors visiting the office.
The work environment consists of a well-maintained office with modern amenities, Monday to Friday working hours from 08:00 to 16:30. You will be onsite to directly interact with staff and visitors and support daily office flow.
The position offers an hourly pay above the legal minimum, with thorough training and the opportunity to interact with a diverse, multilingual team, enhancing your communication skills.
Requirements
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic IT skills including MS Office and phone systems
• Available for at least 3 months seasonal contract
• EU work authorization required
