A leading meat processing company in Rotterdam is seeking a senior line supervisor to lead the production team responsible for slaughtering and processing activities. Our facility produces high-volume meat products following stringent Dutch food safety standards.

The supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage production schedules, coordinate team workflow, monitor quality control, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also train junior staff and report to production management.

This role involves working onsite in a cold, industrial environment with standard shift hours and occasional weekend availability. A proactive leadership style and attention to detail are essential.
