We are seeking a senior Maintenance Assistant with technical expertise for a healthcare facility in Zwolle. The position demands overseeing routine and complex maintenance tasks, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring all infrastructure and medical equipment operate safely and efficiently.

You will lead preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment failures, liaise with external contractors, and maintain compliance with Dutch healthcare and safety regulations. The role requires excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills within a fast-paced medical environment.

Requirements

• Over 3 years’ experience in healthcare or medical facility maintenance

• Valid EU work permit
• Strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Availability for on-call emergency support
