Senior Retail Floor Manager for Electronics Store in Utrecht

Our electronics retail store in Utrecht is searching for a Senior Retail Floor Manager to oversee daily sales activities and manage a team of sales associates. We welcome European professionals with strong leadership skills and retail experience, especially Spanish speakers who do not speak Dutch but communicate effectively in English.

You will be responsible for supervising sales floor operations, training and scheduling staff, optimizing product placement, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring sales targets are met. Close collaboration with the store management ensures consistent achievement of business goals.

This onsite position requires availability for full shifts including weekends. The role involves moderate physical activity such as moving product displays. The company adheres strictly to Dutch employment regulations regarding working hours, breaks, and safety measures.
