Description

An expanding transport business in Sittard seeks a mid-level truck driver to support time-critical regional deliveries. Our clients include food distributors and manufacturing companies requiring prompt and careful shipment receipt.

You will be responsible for daily vehicle checks, carefully following tight delivery schedules, securing loads for transport, communicating delays or issues promptly, and maintaining compliance records. The role involves driving 18-ton trucks on routes within a 200 km radius.

The workweek is Monday to Friday, starting early in the morning and finishing mid-afternoon. You must be comfortable with moderate physical labor related to loading and unloading assistance and adhere to all safety standards. The company uses advanced logistics software to optimize routes and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Valid C or C1 driving license
• 1-3 years’ experience in regional delivery driving
• Basic English language skills

• Familiarity with GPS and route planning technology
