EL Assistant Driver and Loader for Food Distribution Company in Rotterdam

Join a rapidly growing food distribution company based in Rotterdam, specializing in supplying fresh products to supermarkets and restaurants across the Netherlands. Our team values reliability and teamwork to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks include assisting the main driver with loading and unloading perishable goods, checking delivery paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle. You will help organize products to optimize delivery routes and ensure food safety standards during transport.
Working conditions include a full-time onsite position with shift work from early mornings to afternoon deliveries. You will be working outdoors and inside refrigerated trucks, with regular breaks according to Dutch labor laws.
We offer competitive pay within the Dutch standards, supportive team environment, and opportunities for permanent contracts after probation. Training on food safety and distribution procedures will be provided.
Requirements
• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 20-25 kg boxes
• Flexibility to work early mornings
• EU work eligibility
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus but not mandatory
