Description

We are looking for an experienced banquet setup supervisor to lead teams preparing event spaces at major conference centers in The Hague.

Your role involves planning and overseeing the arrangement of furniture, decorations, and technical equipment; coordinating between catering and event staff; ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

This supervisory position requires strong leadership skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in banquet or event setup
• Good English communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team and multitask
• Physically able to perform setup tasks when needed
