Description

A leading processing plant in Tilburg requires a Specialized Meat Cutting Supervisor to oversee production teams and ensure optimal cutting quality and productivity.

Your responsibilities will include planning daily cutting assignments, supervising workers, maintaining equipment standards, enforcing safety regulations, and reporting to management. You will also provide training and mentoring to less experienced team members.

The work environment is cold and requires good physical fitness. Shift working is standard and includes ensuring compliance with food safety laws.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in meat cutting
• Strong knowledge of meat processing technologies
• Excellent command of English

• Physical ability to work in cold environments
• EU citizenship
