Description

Join a packaging technology company near Breda as a Junior Automation Field Technician supporting installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated packaging machines.

Your responsibilities include assisting senior technicians during machine setup, performing routine maintenance checks, recording faults, and helping implement software updates. You will also support customer training sessions onsite and contribute to continuous improvement.

The job involves onsite visits to client facilities, primarily weekdays during business hours. You will work with a small team sharing knowledge and following strict safety practices.

The company provides technical training, competitive hourly pay according to Dutch labor laws, and career progression within the technical service department.

Requirements

• Vocational diploma or equivalent in automation, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
• Basic knowledge of control systems and mechanical components
• Good spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ready to work onsite at client locations
