Description

We are looking for a Senior Kitchen Assistant to join our large, professional catering company in Tilburg. In this role, you will oversee kitchen support tasks including ingredient preparation, quality checking, kitchen hygiene supervision, and assisting chefs during busy events. You will also mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

This is a demanding role requiring at least 3 years of kitchen or catering experience and excellent teamwork skills. You will work full-time including early mornings and occasional weekend shifts.

We offer a permanent contract with competitive hourly wages above EUR 19.00 per hour, paid breaks, and comprehensive benefits. Continuous training and promotion opportunities are available.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in kitchen or catering roles
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to supervise and guide junior staff
• Good physical fitness
• Good command of English
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
• Valid work permit for the EU
