Description

We are a civil construction company engaged in large-scale projects around Tilburg, including foundations, walls, and structural reinforcements.

Your role as a Construction Assistant will be to assist site supervisors, prepare materials, support machine operators, and ensure tools and equipment are maintained.

Work is physically intensive and requires adherence to safety regulations. Schedules typically cover 40 hours per week with occasional overtime.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in civil or structural construction
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures
• Ability to operate basic construction tools safely
• Good communication skills in English
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• EU work authorization
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks
