Description

Tilburg Regional Hospital is hiring entry-level Nursing Assistants to support our healthcare teams in providing excellent patient care. Our hospital is dedicated to creating a patient-centered environment where every employee contributes to wellness and recovery.

As a Nursing Assistant, your daily tasks will include assisting patients with personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding. You will help monitor vital signs, prepare beds, and assist nursing staff with medical procedures. Providing emotional support and ensuring comfort for patients is a key part of your role.

The position requires physical activity including lifting and standing for long periods. You will work onsite in shifts covering days and evenings. Our hospital maintains strict safety and hygiene standards, and all employees receive regular training to stay updated.

Requirements

• Completion of basic nursing assistant training or willingness to enroll
• Compassionate and patient attitude
• Basic knowledge of healthcare and hygiene protocols
• Physical ability to assist patients with mobility
• Basic English proficiency for communication
• Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends
• EU citizenship or valid work permit
