Description

Join the pediatric ward of a major Tilburg hospital as a Nursing Assistant. This role focuses on assisting nursing staff to provide compassionate care to children and their families.

Your tasks include helping young patients with personal care, supporting feeding and medication administration under supervision, assisting with play and comfort activities, and monitoring vital signs. Accurate documentation and communication with medical staff are important.

This full-time role requires working onsite in shifts including weekends. Specialized training for pediatric care will be provided. The working environment promotes teamwork and child-friendly care practices.

We offer a salary between 16.00 and 18.00 EUR per hour, training in pediatric nursing assistance, and a positive, inclusive team culture.

Requirements

• Previous experience or interest in pediatric care preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work with children and families compassionately
• Physical ability to assist with patient care tasks
• Willingness to work shifts onsite
• EU work permit required
