Description

A well-regarded bakery in Tilburg seeks a senior baker assistant skilled in artisan bread and pastry preparation. The bakery prides itself on quality, traditional baking methods, and innovative recipes.

Your role includes supervising dough preparation, mentoring juniors, managing baking schedules, quality checks, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations. You will also liaise with suppliers and assist in inventory management.
