Description

We are a quality-driven carpentry workshop in Tilburg looking for a Workshop Assistant specialized in quality control and finishing wood products. This role involves inspecting finished goods, sanding, staining, and preparing items for delivery.

Your daily tasks include detailed inspection of wood surfaces, assisting finishing carpenters, documenting quality issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The job is onsite Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week with adherence to established Dutch labor standards and safety regulations.

The position offers a salary between EUR 18.00 and 22.00 per hour and encourages professional growth in quality assurance and finishing techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in carpentry with finishing skills
• Attention to detail in quality control
• Familiarity with sanding and staining techniques
• Good communication in English
• Ability to work standing and manual tasks
• EU work authorization
