Description

Our horticultural nursery located near Tilburg specializes in growing flowering plants for retail and wholesale markets. We emphasize sustainable growing methods and a clean working environment.

The nursery assistant will support daily operations including watering, pruning, transplanting, and general plant care. You will also assist with preparing orders for dispatch and maintaining cleanliness in the greenhouse.

Work is mostly inside the greenhouse with controlled climate conditions, but may involve some outdoor tasks. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during busy periods.

This role offers hands-on experience in horticulture for those passionate about plants and interested in a stable position within a growing company.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plant care or willingness to learn
• Experience in horticulture is a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work standing and bending for long periods
• Good communication skills in English
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Flexibility to work some weekends
