Description

We are a Tilburg-based international services company seeking a proactive Office Coordinator fluent in English to manage client communications and office operations. Our clients span across Europe demanding clear, fast, and professional correspondence.

As Office Coordinator, your main tasks will include coordinating meeting schedules, managing incoming inquiries via email and phone, preparing client documents and presentations, maintaining office supplies, and supporting the management team with routine administrative duties. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless information flow.

The position is full-time, onsite, with regular office hours. The office features a collaborative atmosphere in a centrally located business park offering easy transport links.

We value your contribution and offer an hourly salary between 18.00 and 20.00 euros, along with paid leave, a pension scheme contribution, and opportunities to attend workshops and professional events.

Requirements

• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Prior experience in office coordination or client-facing roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Eligible to work within the EU and Netherlands
