Description

We are hiring Entry-Level Telephone Customer Service Operators in Tilburg to handle inbound calls from English-speaking customers. This role is perfect for individuals starting their customer service career or balancing other commitments.

Your daily activities will involve answering calls, providing product and service information, logging customer interactions, and escalating issues to senior staff when necessary. Training and script guidance will be provided to support your success.

Part-time evening and weekend shifts available in a supportive office environment. Our center values respect, teamwork, and continuous learning.

We pay an hourly wage from 14.71 to 15.75 euros, with statutory holiday rights and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills, spoken and understood
• Friendly and patient telephone manner
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable with computer use and call software
• Good listening skills
• Right to work in the Netherlands
