Description

A prominent carpentry workshop in Tilburg is seeking an experienced assistant to support the production of wooden door and window frames. This role involves precision work and supporting skilled carpenters in fabrication and finishing.

Key responsibilities include measuring and cutting wood to specifications, assembling frame components, sanding and preparing surfaces for finishing, maintaining tools and assisting with inventory control. Collaboration and adherence to quality standards are essential.

The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly with adherence to Dutch labor laws and safety regulations.

We offer an hourly wage between EUR 17.50 and EUR 21.00 depending on experience, paid holidays, and opportunities to upgrade your technical skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years workshop assistant experience in carpentry
• Proficient with measuring and cutting tools
• Ability to work precisely and efficiently
• Good communication in English
• Physically capable of manual labor
• EU work authorization
