EL Experienced Meat Packing Line Coordinator - Tilburg Production Plant

Join our Tilburg meat processing plant as a packing line coordinator. We focus on delivering high volumes of packaged fresh meat products while maintaining strict EU food safety and quality standards.
Your duties include overseeing packing line operations, managing workflow, ensuring labels and weights are accurate, coordinating with quality control, and troubleshooting minor packing machine issues. You will lead a small team of packagers and liaise with logistics for timely dispatch.
Work is performed primarily standing in refrigerated rooms (between 4-8°C) with shift rotation. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
We offer a salary between €19.00 and €23.00 per hour for skilled coordinators, permanent contracts, opportunities for leadership development, and a stable work environment.
