Description

We seek a fruit harvest supervisor to manage picking teams on our fruit farm near Tilburg. The farm grows apples, raspberries, and cherries for regional markets.

Your role includes daily planning of harvest activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, training pickers on correct procedures, and reporting progress.

The position requires leadership skills, agricultural knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with a multilingual team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience supervising agricultural teams
• Knowledge of fruit harvesting techniques and quality standards
