Description

Our Tilburg-based logistics firm is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our back-office team. As part of the administration department, you will support internal processes and assist the operational teams with accurate data entry and documentation.

Daily tasks include handling shipment documentation, preparing reports, answering routine phone and email inquiries from clients in English, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital filing systems. You will liaise with warehouse managers and transport coordinators to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

The role is full-time with standard office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in a bright and accessible office location. We prioritize a friendly work atmosphere and encourage continuous learning.

We offer an hourly salary between 16.50 and 19.00 euros, statutory leave entitlement, and internal career advancement opportunities within the company.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication and writing skills
• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with MS Office suite and administrative software
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid permission to work in the Netherlands
