We offer a hybrid position combining data entry and customer service tasks within our Tilburg office. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working onsite with some possibility of remote office work days.
Your main duties include entering customer data into company databases, checking accuracy of information, communicating with English-speaking customers by phone or email to verify details, and assisting the customer service team with follow-up activities. You will support smooth operations by ensuring data integrity and responsiveness to inquiries.
Working conditions include a mix of remote and onsite days, with flexible scheduling options to balance workload and home office. The onsite workplace is well-equipped and centrally located.
We provide an hourly wage between 16.00 and 18.50 euros, paid leave, and IT equipment support for remote work days.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Basic experience with data entry or office support
• Comfortable with remote work technology and communication tools
• Reliable and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
