Description

A mental health services provider in Tilburg is seeking Clinical Support Workers to assist patients and clinical teams. This role supports therapeutic activities and daily living needs for clients in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with personal care, facilitating group activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining clinical area cleanliness. You will help nurses and therapists deliver individualized care plans and monitor patient wellbeing.

This full-time onsite role involves working daytime and some evening shifts with comprehensive training provided. Respect, confidentiality, and empathy are essential qualities.

We offer a wage between 16.50 and 19.00 EUR per hour, access to mental health care training, and a professional team environment.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in mental health care preferred
• Good English communication
• Ability to work with vulnerable populations
• Physical ability to assist with daily tasks
• Willingness to work shifts onsite
• EU work authorization
