Our Tilburg meat processing plant is expanding its leadership team and seeks a motivated production team leader. The company emphasizes quality, efficiency, and compliance with the highest food safety standards.
You will oversee daily operations on the processing line, coordinate team members, monitor production goals, and enforce safety and hygiene regulations. You will serve as the link between floor workers and management, ensuring smooth workflow and resolving issues promptly.
This role involves working in cold environments with a mix of physical and supervisory tasks. Shift schedules vary and require flexibility. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
The salary ranges from €21.00 to €26.00 per hour, reflecting the leadership responsibility, with permanent contracts and professional development opportunities provided.
