Our Tilburg customer service department seeks a Mid-Level Administrator fluent in English to handle customer inquiries and administrative reporting. We serve international clients requiring timely assistance and accurate record-keeping.
You will respond to customer emails and calls, maintain customer databases, generate weekly customer service performance reports, and collaborate closely with sales and logistics to resolve issues.
The position offers full-time onsite hours with a structured schedule, a collaborative workspace, and access to the latest office technologies.

Requirements
• 1-3 years of customer service or office administration experience
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Legal work authorization in the Netherlands
