Description

A well-established carpentry workshop in Tilburg is hiring a Mid-Level Workshop Assistant with 1-3 years of experience to support construction and woodworking projects focused on residential properties. The company is known for quality craftsmanship and punctual delivery.

Daily tasks include preparing wood components, assisting in measurements and cutting, supporting assembly and installation tasks, maintaining and organizing workshop tools, and collaborating with carpenters and site installers. Attention to detail and safety compliance is essential.

The working environment consists of an onsite workshop in Tilburg with standard working hours, typically 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compliance with Dutch labor standards such as breaks and safety measures are strictly followed.

We offer a salary between EUR 16.50 and EUR 19.00 per hour depending on experience, a stable work schedule, and opportunities to deepen your carpentry skills in a supportive team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years carpentry workshop experience
• Good knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings
• Good physical condition for manual labor
• Basic English communication skills
