A major bread manufacturing facility in Tilburg is recruiting experienced bakery workers to support large-scale bread production. We produce a wide range of bread products supplied to retailers and food service providers.
Your responsibilities include preparing dough mixtures, operating automated baking machines, monitoring baking times and temperatures, packaging finished bread, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. You will also assist in cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
The work environment is fast-paced and requires standing for long hours. Shift patterns include early mornings, with strict quality control procedures applied throughout.
