A leading aluminum components manufacturer in Tilburg is looking for a senior assembly specialist with strong quality control experience. You will coordinate assembly processes, inspect finished products with precision measuring tools, and guide junior assembly staff to improve production quality. The role demands technical knowledge of aluminum part fabrication and quality assurance protocols.

The job is based in a well-equipped workshop with focus on safety and efficiency. Regular day shifts with some overtime required. Interaction with engineering and production planning teams is frequent.

Requirements
