We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Specialist for our Tilburg office who has excellent English skills and is capable of handling complex customer interactions and administrative tasks. Our company serves international clients requiring high-level support and precise administrative execution.
Your responsibilities include resolving escalated customer complaints via phone and email, processing complex orders, preparing detailed reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. You will also train junior staff and contribute to continual process improvements.
This is a full-time onsite position with typical office hours, including occasional extended shifts. The work environment is professional and aims to foster employee growth and recognition.
We offer a competitive hourly salary from 19.00 to 23.00 euros, comprehensive holiday entitlements, and access to professional development programs.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or related administrative roles
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Experience training or mentoring colleagues
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Legal eligibility for work in the Netherlands
