Senior Nursing Assistant for Specialized Care Unit in Tilburg

We are seeking a Senior Nursing Assistant to join a specialized care unit in a Tilburg hospital. This role requires someone with substantial nursing assistance experience, who can provide advanced patient support and mentor junior staff.

The position involves assisting with complex patient care activities including wound dressing, administering medication under supervision, monitoring vital signs, and supporting rehabilitation exercises. You will also train and supervise less experienced assistants and collaborate closely with nurses and doctors.

This is a full-time onsite position with shift work including evenings and weekends. We provide all necessary protective equipment and emphasize a safe working environment. Communication skills and leadership are important.
