Our artisan bakery in Tilburg is looking for a skilled baker assistant to join the production team. The bakery focuses on traditional bread and pastry products, freshly baked daily using high-quality ingredients.

Daily tasks include assisting the baker in dough preparation, measuring and mixing ingredients, operating ovens, shaping dough, and packaging baked goods. You will also ensure cleanliness of the workspace and contribute to quality control by inspecting finished products.

Work takes place in a temperature-controlled bakery environment, requiring early start times and adherence to food safety standards. The role offers hands-on experience with the full baking process.
