Description

A technical trades company in Tilburg specializing in custom staircases seeks a skilled Workshop Assistant to aid in fabrication and assembly. The role requires precision, understanding of woodworking, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include preparing wood components, assisting in assembly and finishing, operating workshop machinery under supervision, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean safe environment.

Work is onsite Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with adherence to the Dutch labor system including breaks and safety regulations.

The offered salary ranges from EUR 18.00 to 22.00 per hour depending on experience. Continuous professional development is encouraged.

Requirements

• 2+ years carpentry workshop experience
• Familiarity with wood machining tools
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Good physical condition
• Basic English proficiency
• Team-oriented and reliable
• EU work authorization
