EL Skilled Fruit Farm Worker for Harvesting and Tree Maintenance in Tilburg Area

We are a family-run fruit farm near Tilburg, producing stone fruits such as cherries and plums, as well as apples. Our operations focus on efficient harvesting and maintaining the health of trees to ensure yearly high quality yields.
The skilled fruit farm worker will lead harvest crews, operate pruning equipment, and perform quality control of fruits during packing. You will also assist in irrigation monitoring and pest control under supervision.
This is a physically demanding role requiring good knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery operation. Work hours are seasonal with long days during peak harvest times.

Requirements
• Ability to operate pruning saws and other farm machinery
• Knowledge of pest management and irrigation systems
