Description

We are searching for skilled meat cutters and trimmers to join our production line team in Tilburg. Our company values precision and speed to deliver high-quality meat products to our clients.

Daily duties consist of cutting primal meat into smaller portions, trimming excess fat, inspecting cuts for quality, and preparing meat for packaging. You will collaborate closely with processing and packaging staff to maintain flow and quality control.

Working conditions include standing long shifts in refrigerated rooms (between 4 and 7°C), wearing safety and hygiene gear. Shift work with some early mornings is required.

The hourly wage ranges from €18.00 to €21.50, with a permanent contract and opportunities to grow into a specialist role.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience cutting and trimming meat
• Good hand-eye coordination and physical strength
• Basic English communication
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
• Ability to work in cold environments
• Team player with reliability
• EU work authorization
