Join our Tilburg-based team as a Customer Service and Documentation Specialist, delivering professional support and maintaining customer records with a high degree of accuracy. Our international customer base requires fluent English communication and attention to detail.
Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries via email and phone, preparing accurate documentation such as invoices and contracts, updating customer files, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues quickly.
This full-time role is onsite with regular office hours, offering a collaborative work environment and opportunities to develop specialized administrative expertise.
We offer hourly pay ranging from 17.00 to 19.50 euros, paid statutory holidays, and comprehensive training programs.
Requirements
• 1-3 years customer service and office documentation experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
