Our Tilburg office is looking for a full-time Receptionist fluent in English to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and callers. This front-desk role involves direct communication with clients, suppliers, and staff.
The role includes answering incoming phone calls in English, managing appointment calendars, handling mail and deliveries, supporting conference room bookings, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact, representing the company’s friendly and professional image.
We offer a structured working environment with standard office hours, a well-equipped reception area, and a pleasant team atmosphere.
The hourly salary ranges from 15.50 to 17.50 euros, including paid national holidays and opportunities for job-related training.
Requirements
• Previous experience in reception or front-office roles preferred
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Basic IT literacy including phone systems and office software
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands
