Description

A leading healthcare facility in Tilburg is recruiting Environmental Services Workers to ensure hospital cleanliness and sanitation. Your work is vital in preventing infections and maintaining patient safety.

Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, emptying waste bins, restocking cleaning supplies, and supporting specialized cleaning after patient discharges. You will collaborate with clinical staff to follow infection control plans strictly.

This is an onsite full-time position with varied shifts including early mornings and evenings. Personal protective equipment and cleaning tools are supplied. The environment is fast-paced requiring attention to detail and reliability.

We offer wages starting at 14.71 EUR per hour, training programs, a structured work schedule, and opportunities to advance into supervisory roles.

Requirements

• Basic cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols
• Good physical fitness for active work
• Basic English communication
• Availability for shift work onsite
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
• Authorization to work in the EU
